AI Job Alert takes the manual grind out of job hunting. A candidate uploads a resume once — the platform reads it instantly, parses skills, titles, and experience, and stores it against their profile without any extra data entry.
A backend cron job then runs on a fixed schedule, with no manual triggering needed. On every run, an AI agent searches for matching openings across two kinds of sources: the specific company career sites a candidate registers in the app, and major third-party job boards — LinkedIn, Indeed, and Adzuna — so candidates aren't limited to only the companies they know to check. Every new posting found is matched against each stored resume, and the best matches are compiled into a digest.
Matches are delivered by email automatically at the end of each cron run, with a full send history so it's easy to see what went out, when, and whether delivery succeeded. On the admin side, career sites can be added, edited, or deactivated at any time, so the set of sources the scheduled job scans stays current without touching any code.
